  I did not have time to for a mani/pedi prior to vacation and Maritza was able to squeeze me in as a walk-in once I arrived in Key West. It was an all around great experience.

  Tried a walk in at 1pm and she said everyone was busy. She didn’t offer another option. There was nobody in the waiting room. I wouldn’t come here again unless you made an appointment.

  9 stars, no question. Southernmost Nails & Spa is one of those places that gets everything right without making a big show of it. From the moment you walk in, it’s clean, calm, and actually relaxing… not chaotic like a lot of nail salons can be. The staff were professional but still genuinely friendly. No rushed feeling, no cutting corners. They took their time, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything looked right before calling it done. That alone sets them apart. What really stood out was the consistency. Every step felt intentional… from prep to finish. Tools were clean, work was precise, and you could tell they take pride in what they do. And the end result? Exactly what you want. Clean, polished, and done right the first time. If you’re in Key West and want a place you can trust without second guessing it, this is it. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon.
