As an ex-Sephora employee, you know better than to leave customers roaming with 0 help and have them waiting in line an extended amount of time while there are employees yapping in a group in front of the customers’ faces. It’s extremely unprofessional and that’s how a store loses sales. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes in a 3 person line when there are employees doing nothing but talking to each other at the register. Please do better Sephora.
- ANAna NMay 4, 20262.0This store disappoints. I arrived to Sephora and made my way to the front register. A beauty associate asked what I needed. I mentioned it is a return and she begins to call the manger over. The manager ignores her associate and continues walking. She brings another customer to the front register and begins checking her out, never acknowledging her employee or me. A separate sales associate asks me to step aside to another register. She was unable to do the return, and asked for the same manager to come over. Speaking to the manager only made the experience worse. She lacked the respect to acknowledge a customer already waiting at the counter. She did not care. Save your money and go to Ulta.

This place has bad energy…. bc of the staff n management. Honestly they’re are only 1-3 employees with a happy helpful attitude the rest are rude n hate their job
