- NJNita JeanJun 14, 20261.0I’ve been coming to this store for over a year, but today will be my last visit. As a grown adult, I can’t understand why anyone would choose to be rude to an 11-year-old child. My daughter was simply trying to make conversation. She mentioned something she had heard on YouTube about stores keeping certain items in the back. Instead of responding kindly, the employee replied in a nasty tone, “There’s nothing back there but the store,” as if my daughter was stupid for asking. She does have a language delay but she’s still human, or maybe because she was black. Either way she’s a child. Children are naturally curious, ask questions, and try to interact with people. There was no reason to speak to her in such a disrespectful manner. A little kindness and patience go a long way, especially when speaking to a child. That was spending her money , that she’s earned. Because of this experience, I will no longer be shopping here. How ever, I went over to the one on San Jose. Brandon made sure she was taken care of. Thank you Brandon ❤️

The one employee was helping a customer and the customer did not seem like she was going to be quick, so I decided not to stay and wait. What a shame because I needed foundation and mascara. I'll be ordering from Amazon. 🥲
