The piercer looked at her ears and suggested she doesn’t do it on her right side, but instead do it on the left ear so my wife agreed the piercer jammed the needle through her ear to the point to where it was bleeding on both sides, but for some reason, said she could not finish the piercing because the cartilage was too thick this was a very bad experience and I have never before heard that I think had the manager been in they would have been able to complete the piercing and I do plan on calling when the manager is in tomorrow. The piercer was clearly unhappy when I asked for the manager. I have this on video so now my wife is going to have to walk around with a bloody hole in her ear, but no piercing in the hole for whatever reason

Piercings start at $35 each + the cost of piercing jewelry.
What piercing placements do you offer?
Rowan offers lobe, upper lobe, mid helix, helix, forward helix, flat, conch and tragus, however, piercing placement availability may vary by studio location. We do not pierce the daith, industrial, nose or other body parts beyond the ears.
Do you accept cash?
We are a cashless studio.
Do you accept walk-ins or is it necessary to make an appointment?
