  Nurse Elana is the absolute best!! The piercings are cute and the staff do such a good job of talking through placement and are so fast with the needle. Loved my piercings!

  We had such a wonderful experience getting our 12 week old daughter’s ears pierced. It was definitely a scary moment for us as parents, but the nurse was incredibly patient, gentle, and kind throughout the entire process. She took her time, made us feel comfortable, and handled our baby with so much care. The piercings turned out absolutely beautiful and even. We’re so thankful for her professionalism and compassion during such a special moment for our family. Highly recommend Brianna!!

  I’m really disappointed with our experience here. We had an appointment but still waited about 30 minutes with no explanation. There was also very little explanation about the earrings, pricing, or materials before the piercings were done. The biggest issue was the pricing. The earrings were listed in a way that made it seem like the price was for a pair, but it was actually per earring. That was not clearly explained at all. By the time I found out, the piercings were already done and the earrings were already in, so I felt stuck. I ended up paying almost $600 for two people to get ear piercings, earrings, and cleaning solution. I also specifically chose what I thought were gold earrings because we have sensitive ears and do not do well with other metals. Later, I found out the part actually touching the ear was not fully gold, which is a big deal for us. The piercing itself went okay at the time, but almost two months later our ears still had not healed properly. My daughter’s piercings became so badly infected that she had to get antibiotics and take both piercings out completely, even though she cleaned and cared for them as instructed. So now I wasted over $250 on piercings and earrings for her that she could not even keep. One of mine is still tender as well. Overall, I feel like the pricing and materials should have been explained clearly before anything was done. For the amount of money we paid, I expected much better communication, transparency, and service. I would not go back.

  I had an appointment on Saturday, May 2nd, at the Town Center location in Jacksonville for my baby’s ear piercing. I chose this place because of its good reputation and because they have specialized nurses. The nurse was excellent: very professional, caring, and the procedure was safe and well done. However, the reception experience was poor. When I arrived, I asked if there was someone who spoke Spanish and I was told no, in a rather unfriendly manner. However, we were later given information and company materials in Spanish, which creates inconsistency in communication and language handling. I understand that we are in the United States and that English is the primary language, but it seemed that there was staff with knowledge of Spanish, which made the initial interaction somewhat confusing. In addition, throughout the visit the attitude at reception was not very welcoming, and at the time of payment there was little guidance and customer service. I believe that, being a place that serves families and also welcomes diverse people and tourism, it would be important to improve the warmth of the service and initial communication. Overall, the medical service was excellent, but the customer service at reception needs significant improvement.

  This was the best needle piercing experience I’ve had! Everyone was so kind and welcoming! I wasn’t just another customer to them but an actual person! Stephanie was so sweet and considerate during my appointment! She was so helpful when it came to helping me decide which jewelry looked the best on me. I got both of my flats on my ears pierced. Her technique was quick, efficient and almost painless! At no time did I feel rushed! 10/10- I would recommend anyone to go there for a piercing!
