She is always so cheerful and pleasant and my teenagers don’t give her much to go off of but she always nails it!! Everything from highlights, haircuts and event hair and makeup, it all turns out amazing! She is always so flexible with her schedule and the time flies when you’re in her chair, I always look forward to my next appointment with her.

My stylist was Hannah, and unfortunately the service fell far short of expectations. First, I was not informed of the $350 price upfront—I only found out after the service was finished and I was being charged, which felt very misleading and unprofessional. On top of that, the results didn’t come close to justifying the cost. My hair was barely lightened, with little to no noticeable difference from when I walked in. For that price, I expected a clear, visible transformation or at least honest communication about what could realistically be achieved. To make matters worse, after charging me $350 without prior disclosure, I was still asked to leave a tip, which felt uncomfortable and unwarranted given the outcome. Overall, this experience felt overpriced, underwhelming, and lacking transparency. I would not recommend Haute Heads, and I would caution others to confirm pricing clearly in advance
