  I have gotten my hair both cut and dyed at Haute Headz multiple times now. The salon is adorable and the staff as a whole are so welcoming, but we all know it’s your stylist who can make or break the experience. I cannot recommend Avery as a stylist enough!! Every time I’ve gone in, I have asked for something different and she always understands the assignment! I’m on the quieter side and often find it difficult to speak up when a stylist is going in a direction that doesn’t align with what I had envisioned, however, when I am in Avery’s chair I’ve never felt that my input is unwelcome. She demonstrates a type of professionalism and honesty in her work that can make one feel at ease. She takes my ideas and carries them through with grace, always making sure each step of the process is as agreed upon! If you find yourself nervous to get your hair done or feel overwhelmed by choosing a new stylist, take it from me, Avery is your new bestie!!!

  The ladies at the front desk are wonderful; very polite, professional and efficient. Carmen and Rita are the best.

  Hannah is the absolute best! I have searched for years for someone to get my blonde exactly how I want it & Hannah does just that! Everyone there is super nice & salon is always very clean.

  I have been here before and had a good experience. The shop itself is a good place. Unfortunately, my stylist avery did an awful job. all I asked for was a cut just below my shoulders and i have to have ability to put in a pony tail for work. I could tell by something the stylist said that she immediately cut too much off the back.. my daughter was also there so i kept my cool and we finished the cut because at that point what would she do to fix it,, glue it back on? My hair is atleast 2 inches shorter than I asked for (not even touching my shoulders) and i am not able to put it up in a pony tail. I am devastated. It looks awful as I do not have the face type for really short hair. Also, the chair i sat in still had hair on it from her previous client, gross. I will not be back to this stylist. On the other hand my daughters stylist, hannah, did a great job on her hair and her length cut was basically exactly what i wanted and it looked great. Update: at this point I feel a manager should be reaching out to me since owner is now aware. Thank you for your response.
