    This whole team is amazing! Abby made sure I felt comfortable and happy with everything before leaving. I didn’t have the best experience at another salon so I came in for some sort of a solution. This team all worked together to make sure I was taken care of and got what I had originally wanted!

    Marjorie is really good. It is the second time my son had his haircut with her and she does a very nice job. I brought my little 4yo daughter too today and i'm very disappointed though. Mireille cut her hair. I asked to fix my daughter's hair without making it short (it was already a bob type cut) because my daughter had given herself a haircut and many parts were uneven. She did a barely ok job, rolled her eyes when my daughter complained politely about the hair dryer heat. She cut a few millimeters of hair in total, barely fixing her haircut, the proceeded to dry the hair. When I went to pay I discovered she charged me for a blow out- On a bob hair cut on a 4 yo. I had booked for a kids hair cut only. So disappointed. At no point she asked whether I wanted a blow dry. I thought she was just drying her hair - since she decided to give herself a full shampoo (another thing I did not ask for).

    Karen always provides outstanding service. She has been cutting mine and my wife's hair for 32 years. Karen knows exactly how I want my haircut. Unfortunately, it is now only me. Karen always provides a friendly smile and polite conversation.

    Staff are very friendly. I haven’t been in here in 6 months due to husband passing, he was a loyal client. Kim was very good and gave me exactly what I wanted/needed. This location has been amazing over the years. Ms Karen always took care of my husband. Because of my husband and the staff you have here is the reason I’ll continue coming back. Thank you to all and much love to the staff as well as Ms Karen. I will continue to use Mrs.Kim,she was very sweet and I like my hair appointments early.

    Selina has done a great job. She did exactly what I had in mind but couldn't explain. Very patient with me as I keep telling her to keep cutting shorter. Great experience. The salon is keep clean and everyone there was sooo friendly. I will definitely recommend them and will be back. Also fair prices.
