  Was welcomed as soon as I walked in. Waited less then 5 minutes. BETTY was professional. She listened to my concerns and was patient. She looked at the image of the haircut. She did a wonderful job.

  I was a walk in today after work and I have curly/slight wavy hair and I wanted a soft fringe and Melissa helped me as soon as I stepped in! She matched the picture I even showed as my inspiration picture!!! I recommend her!

  Malek is the best hairdresser I have ever had and I am 71 years old. She explains everything she is going to do before she does it and listens and does exactly what I want. She is always on time. I never have to wait and she is very thorough and fast. She is outstanding.

  So...today my husband and I were at Discovery Cove when I slipped and fell, breaking my left wrist in the process. And it was barely 9 am. 😩😂 After the ER, checking out of the hotel, and making our way back home to Jax, I decided I needed to get my hair washed since my splint can’t get wet (I see the orthopedist Wednesday). My husband called one salon around 6:15 pm and they told us it was almost 7... (what does that have to do with anything?!) even though they didn’t close until 9. 😒 Okay then… NEXT! 😂 He called Hair Cuttery, and thankfully, we walked in around 7. That’s when Kylie came to my rescue! 🫶 Kylie took such good care of me and was incredibly compassionate throughout the entire process. She was gentle, patient, and just genuinely kind. When you’re already hurting, frustrated, and dealing with the aftermath of an unexpected injury, a little compassion goes a LONG way. It’s people like Kylie who can make an otherwise crappy situation feel just a little bit better. I’m still in pain (naturally 😭), but at least my hair is clean and I didn’t have to attempt the one-armed shampoo struggle at home, let alone put a chair in the tub, have my mom in love wash my hair with a trashbag on my arm holding it awkwardly with a bathing suit on! 😂 Thank you, Kylie, for being so amazing and taking such great care of me. You definitely made my day a little brighter! ❤️ Hair Cuttery is lucky to have you! 🥰🥰

  Service was for a roller set. I wish I could give 5 stars because she was a nice person, but... 1. It took almost 3 hours for my hair to dry, so I asked if hair gel was put into my hair because it was taking so long to dry. Her answer was yes!!! Anytime I get a roller set it's only hair moose never ever gel mixed with moose. That's how it's supposed to be only moose! And it would've only taken 45 minutes to an hour to dry. 2. I wasn't asked what size rollers I wanted!! She used the biggest ones i assume just to cut down on her rolling time. Did not know this because I was faced away from mirror during the rolling process. 3. I ended up with a grandma hair style from back in the 70s. 4. She should've had me facing the mirror!! So I would've known what was going on when rolling hair from the start and i wouldn't said no i want rollers that only 1 finger could fit into, not these i could fit 3 fingers at least into. When the rollers were being taken out I was then faced the mirror!!! I knew before the first curler was taken out this was all wrong!!! I only had 3 rows of rollers going straight that's how big the rollers were!!! 5. After hair style destroyed she says, I haven't done this in awhile. Money wasted because I had to come home and wash this style out and do my own roller set. I wanted and needed sometime away so I said I'll go to shop and have them do it instead so I scheduled this appointment. Wrong decision. I have never written a review this long ever.
