    Amber made getting my hair cut for the first time in 18 months a total pleasure. I'm new to Jax (6 months) and was weary of getting my first cut. Thankfully my daughter found Hair Cuttery and they had a new customer special haircut for only $20. What a deal. Then I got lucky and got Amber. She is so sweet and totally chill. I immediately felt I was in good hands. Great first cut. Thank you Amber

    I came in fighting yet another headache from my long, thick hair. I didn't want to chop it all...but I was desperate. Amber suggested an undercut and some thinning. Confident with her people and har skills, I did get a 2.5" trim as well. Headache was gone halfway through and my hair has never felt this great before!

    I have been going to the Normandy branch for years and everyone there is so nice and polite. Very clean and stocked. I have been seeing Brett who is awesome! Highly recommend this place:)

    I am visiting Jacksonville for a few days. I so needed a trim/ haircut but all salons were booked or too expensive. I was in the area and Google maps showed me the nearest location to a salon. I called and the receptionist said I could walk in within 10 minutes and get my hair cut. My stylist asked me what I needed, I showed her a picture and after climbing my hair she knew what I wanted... SHE WAS GREAT!... I AM VERY Happy...
