  Paid $240.00 and walking out with the same hair color as I walked in. I have been trying to receive a refund every since I left your Establishment.

  I have short hair and am going to grow it out. I saw Anne for a trim/cleanup and she did an amazing job. As a woman with short hair, it can be difficult to find a stylist that does it well & she provided one of the best short haircuts I have had. She took her time & all the areas she pointed out that needed extra attention were the areas I was unhappy with from my last haircut at a different salon. I have never visited a chain salon before, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. I never schedule my next appointment at the end of a current appointment, but I did this time because I was so pleased with the haircut Anne had given.

  This cut and color comes from the one and only Edgy! I came in looking for a complete transformation to feel confident about my hair and Edgy delivered! His professionalism and talent speaks for itself, he was so accommodating as well and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Incredible work, I recommend booking with him right away. I’ve never felt more chic and beautiful!

  Edit: I cannot say enough wonderful things about how Hair Cuttery handled my situation! After a very disappointing haircut from my original stylist, I was incredibly upset and worried that my hair couldn’t be fixed. Thankfully, Leslie came to the rescue and did an absolutely INCREDIBLE job! She took the time to correct the original haircut, and I couldn’t be more grateful for her talent, professionalism, and attention to detail. She truly turned a stressful experience into a wonderful one! Not only did Hair Cuttery make sure my hair was fixed, but they also gave me a complete refund. They listened to my concerns, took responsibility, and genuinely went above and beyond to make things right.   Edgy is the best! He’s a consummate professional who really knows how to keep you looking your best. He cuts my hair in a way that adds texture and gives it a great look, and I’ve learned to trust his recommendations—even when he suggests something a little outside my comfort zone. Case in point: Edgy actually convinced me to wax my ears. Let’s just say it was starting to look like a small forest in there! 😂 I trusted him, survived the experience, and now my ears are smooth and civilized. My advice: listen to Edgy. He knows what he’s doing, pays attention to the details, and takes real pride in his work. If you're looking for someone who will help you look your best, I highly recommend him!
