  5 stars — Macy at Hair Cuttery just gave me the haircut of my life. I walked in looking like I lost a fight with a leaf blower. I walked out looking like I had a standing appointment with a celebrity stylist who somehow works at Hair Cuttery prices. Macy actually listened. Not the fake “uh-huh” while already holding the clippers. She asked questions, looked at my face shape, talked about how I actually live in my hair, and then executed. Every section was even. The blend was so clean it should be illegal at this price point. She didn’t take off more than I asked and didn’t leave me with that “I hope this grows out fast” feeling. The conversation was easy, the vibe was good, and she treated a regular Hair Cuttery cut like it mattered. That’s rare. If you are even thinking about getting a haircut, skip the lottery of “whoever is available” and ask for Macy. Tell them I sent you. She is the reason people keep coming back to a chain salon. 10/10. Would let her cut my hair again tomorrow.

  leslie was very pleasant. The person that acknowledged me when I first came in was also very nice. Apparently your AI system contacted me regarding an appointment, but I guess doesn’t have the ability to actually schedule it so I showed up with no one knowing I was arriving for a 945 appointment. Thankfully, I was taken care of but once again proves humans cannot be replaced by AI!!

  I've gone here for several years and have had consistently great experiences having my hair cut with different people! Lesley cut my hair most recently. She did a great job and had good advice to keep my hair healthy. You can trust them with your hair. :)

  She dyed my hair pink purple after I requested a dark gray color or any grey color, she told me that Gray didn’t exist then she put a Brown over it to cover it up because I was not walking out the store with pink hair

  I booked my daughter a haircut for back to school. We visited the salon at the Town Center on Saturday, 8/8. It said estimated $47 when I booked online. We get there and I tell the lady (I can’t remember her name because she didn’t even introduce herself, but she had pink hair. I just checked the online account and it says Chloe) that we wanted to take about 3 inches off and add some layers. She then tells me it’s going to be $60 because my daughter has “extra long hair.” Her hair is a little longer than shoulder length. Definitely not “extra long.” The salon was busy so to stay out of the way, I went and sat down in the lobby area. She never once called me over to ask if it looked okay or if we wanted to change anything. I didn’t even know she was finishing up because I couldn’t see due to the shelving being in the way. She then added some curls to her hair with the round brush. It looked fine curled but tonight, when we washed it, you could really see how uneven and AWFUL it looked. To the point I took my own shears and fixed it myself so she can wear it in her naturally straight style. The kicker of it all was as we were leaving, a girl about the same age as my daughter came in and her hair was actually extra long and her stylist told her mom that her haircut was going to be $32. Meanwhile I just got charge $60 for “extra long hair.” I know we booked a blow dry but there was no reason for it to be upcharged for “extra long hair” when she does not have hair that long or thick. Pictures attached. You can see the longer pieces and unevenness. The left side was about an inch longer than the right side and it was completely jagged with some pieces that were right next to each other being way longer. This was our 3rd and definitely last time at this salon.
