  Had an absolute hatchet job done on my hair today at Fusion. The stylist couldn't follow basic instructions for a wedge, spent an inordinate amount of time going to other stations for items she did not have at her station, and her fingernails were filthy. Beyond the horrible hair, which will grow out in a couple of months, the fingernails of this person and her constant comments about old people- one and done.

  I was in a bind from another stylist and had to find someone good, fast! I took a chance as I had heard good things about the stylists in this salon in general. Megan took care of me and fixed my hair color/cut issues from previous. I love her work, and I immediately poked my next two appointments!

  I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about Fusion Salon in Jacksonville! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for. The salon is extremely clean, beautiful, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. And the delicious coffee bar is such a special touch! ☕️ The Aveda products are amazing, and Shawna absolutely nailed my caramel balayage! She is professional, incredibly talented, and truly one of the best stylists I have ever experienced. I’ve traveled all over the world, and I can honestly say Shawna is in a league of her own. I had been feeling pretty hopeless about my hair, but Shawna completely changed that. I’m now trying extensions for the first time, and I’m so excited about my hair again! She listened to what I wanted, made me feel comfortable, and gave me a renewed confidence that I desperately needed. If you’re looking for a stylist who is talented, professional, caring, and genuinely passionate about her craft, I highly recommend Shawna and Fusion Salon! I walked in feeling discouraged and walked out feeling beautiful and excited about my hair again. ❤️✨
