  Visiting the Chanel boutique was a truly delightful experience. I would especially like to thank consultant Irina for her professionalism, impeccable taste, and genuine attention to detail. Thanks to her expert recommendations and beautifully executed daytime makeup, the look was light, natural, and effortlessly elegant. Irina creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making every visit feel truly special. My sincere thanks to Irina and the Chanel team for the exceptional service and a memorable experience.

  One of my favourite places in Jax!! It’s such a lovely treat to have a Chanel boutique in our city!! They get all the exclusive makeup collections that the department stores don’t carry, so you can see and try the products in person. Chanel service is truly the best!! I’ve worked with my beauty advisor, Zaira, for years. I’ve been a high end luxury beauty connoisseur since I was a kid, and Zaira is the best makeup artist and advisor I’ve ever worked with!! Highly recommend Zaira at Chanel Town Centre!!

  I had decided on a whim to go to the store to get matched with Les Beiges! I wanted to drop-in on a location about a job I wanted, and this was just the perfect time to visit Chanel, try the foundation, and see if I can do a "no make-up" look quickly to try some product, but my direct objective was strictly the foundation, and see how it sits on my skin over several hours- especially given the price. I shared this with Zaira & Terri and they took such good care of me! They immediately jumped into action, matched me immediately, shared with me the brushes they were using, and made sure I liked the coverage. They also shared with me there were TWO versions of this foundation- I didn't know that! I'm excited to share that what began as just a foundation match had turned-into a $110+ purchase on Chanel.com that I'm going to complete this weekend to grab some of the excellent GWP's the website has that the store doesn't at the moment. Let me tell you- this store has wonderfully patient and knowledgable salespeople in Zaira & Terri-- outfit these ladies with the GWP's they need! I cannot wait to go back to visit with them again soon! Thank you, ladies!!

  I had the best customer service experience at the CHANEL Boutique. I was shopping for a Mother’s Day gift, and the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. They made the entire experience enjoyable and helped me find the perfect gift. This is truly one of the best places to shop for luxury beauty and fragrance. Highly recommend!
