  Loved my 2 hours of massages. I did find that the rooms did not block out the sound as much as it should have (steps, sirens, curtains being pulled). My tech Maura was excellent.

  I have been hooked since my first visit and now make it apart of my once a month “me routine”. Everyone there is super friendly. Making an appt is quick and easy. The warm tables, lighting and music create a nice amd relaxing atmosphere.

  I had an excellent massage with Shana J at Alpha School of Massage. From the moment the session began, she made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was attentive to my needs, checked in about pressure, and focused on the areas where I was holding the most tension. Shana has a calming presence and a professional approach that made the entire experience enjoyable. I left feeling significantly less stressed, with improved mobility and much less muscle tightness. It's clear that she genuinely cares about helping her clients feel their best. I would highly recommend Shana J to anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic massage.
