  I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora Jacksonville Beach location today. From the moment I asked for assistance, I felt like I was bothering the staff. I asked a sales associate for help finding a few products. While she did eventually point me in the right direction, her attitude made it clear that helping customers was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse at checkout. The cashier was cold, unfriendly, and made no effort to be welcoming. As I was leaving, it had started pouring rain. Since I was carrying a very expensive designer purse, I politely asked if I could have an extra shopping bag to help protect it. She handed me a small bag that obviously didn’t fit my purse. When I asked if I could please have a larger one, she gave me one with a look of complete disgust on her face and rudely told me to move out of the line. I had just spent over $200 on a handful of products, yet I was treated as though I was asking for something unreasonable. A little kindness and basic customer service go a long way, and unfortunately this location consistently falls short. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience at the Jacksonville Beach Sephora. Every visit seems to be the same rude, unhelpful employees who make customers feel unwelcome. Because of the repeated poor service, I won’t be returning to this location, and I can’t recommend it to others. There are plenty of places to shop where customers are treated with respect.

  My daughter wanted to shop for her birthday unfortunately I needed a restroom. Despite seeing the bathroom door they won't let you use it. So we left and went to Ulta where everything is less expensive anyway. I feel like each visit to Sephora makes me like them less and less.

  David was amazing! He was so sweet and helpful and he matched my concealer shade perfectly. He also recommended an amazing serum to help out with dryness and he was super helpful!!

  I recently visited this store and was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. Despite there being several employees on the floor and only a couple of customers in the store, no one offered assistance. When I approached a sales associate for help, I was told to “go online and look,” which was not helpful at all. Because of this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll continue shopping at the Town Center Sephora, where the customer service is consistently excellent.
