  Iris and Chandler were amazing! It was my first time visiting this Sephora location, and my mom was with me. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Iris patiently answered our questions, helped us locate specific items, and recommended some great new products. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Chandler assisted us at checkout and was so personable. He made sure we had everything we needed and even helped my mom locate an account she had forgotten she created. Overall, we received outstanding customer service and will definitely return!

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora Jacksonville Beach location today. From the moment I asked for assistance, I felt like I was bothering the staff. I asked a sales associate for help finding a few products. While she did eventually point me in the right direction, her attitude made it clear that helping customers was an inconvenience. Unfortunately, the experience only got worse at checkout. The cashier was cold, unfriendly, and made no effort to be welcoming. As I was leaving, it had started pouring rain. Since I was carrying a very expensive designer purse, I politely asked if I could have an extra shopping bag to help protect it. She handed me a small bag that obviously didn’t fit my purse. When I asked if I could please have a larger one, she gave me one with a look of complete disgust on her face and rudely told me to move out of the line. I had just spent over $200 on a handful of products, yet I was treated as though I was asking for something unreasonable. A little kindness and basic customer service go a long way, and unfortunately this location consistently falls short. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a poor experience at the Jacksonville Beach Sephora. Every visit seems to be the same rude, unhelpful employees who make customers feel unwelcome. Because of the repeated poor service, I won’t be returning to this location, and I can’t recommend it to others. There are plenty of places to shop where customers are treated with respect.

  Don't order "same day delivery" from them. They use Uber Eats, but pay minimally, causing us to either decline and lower our ratings, or get paid three dollars for an hour's work. They do thus all day. To illustrate, this is a delivery for seven dollars. Take away four dollars for gas for the 23 mile drive, and we get paid 3 dollars for 53 minutes of work BEFORE factoring in vehicle maintenance, insurance, and possibly payments. Don't order from them
