The business claims they told me and I don't remember being told and as for reading a contract, I am dyslexic and tiny print and I are not friends. I thought it was for 3 months and done. Imagine my surprise when I was charged $260.00 after the 3 months. Then I was advised that I have to give 30 days notice of cancellation in order to cancel the membership and got to pay another $260.00 for something we had no intention of utilizing. When we called to discuss the charges on our card, we were told they would have to call us back because there was only one person on staff that day and they were very busy. They did call back later in the afternoon and when we tried to discuss our lack of understanding it became a heated argument and we were simply told that this is the way it is and they would have the owner call me of which never happened. Additionally, in order to cancel, you have to do it according to their concise instructions by sending written notice. My wife did not enjoy her experience at Restore. There was one attendant on staff that day who was very busy helping people get hooked to IV's. The sauna was small, did not hold temperature and there was a very loud hyperberic bag chamber outside creating a less than peaceful environment. She chose not to return. Since my wife was not going to utilize the facilities, I decided to try it out and went for an IV, which is an additional fee added to the $260.00 a month membership. At that time, I could have been advised about how the membership worked and still wasn't told. I do not recommend Restore.

But after 15 minutes, I noticed various unexpected benefits such as subtle relaxation, reduced tension in forehead and jaws, improved sinus pressure and it wasn't until a few hours later thatI felt increased range of my right shoulder, which I accentuated with more aggressive stretching. During my drive home, I felt like I had restorative sleep even though I had not slept well the prior twi nights. I already recommended this to a couple people - who also felt visceral benefits from their experiences. I'll do this again.

Red Light Therapy- Just as plants need light to grow, light powers the function of the processes within the human body. Red Light Therapy (also known as Photobiomodulation Therapy) uses red and infrared wavelengths of light that can help to boost energy levels, relieve minor pain and swelling, and balance your mood - all in as little as 10 minutes per day.
Infrared Sauna- Sweat it out! Unburden your body from stress, sore muscles and free radicals with an ancient practice designed for the modern age. Lay back, relax and unwind as your body burns calories and finds relief from inflammation. Release minor pain, accelerate athletic recovery, boost circulation and cardiovascular health - all in 40 minutes or less.
Compression- No pressure, no diamonds! Compression may help your body to improve the flow of blood and lymphatic fluid, boost recovery, circulation and healing. This relaxing treatment applies controlled, dynamic pressure to extremities like the arms, legs and hips using NormaTec Pulse Rx 2.0 technology - the gold standard in compression. Intended to treat a variety of lymphedema conditions including venous insufficiency and help prevent deep vein thrombosis in sessions of just 30-60 minutes each.
What is the age limit for each service?
For medical and core services you must be 12 and older with special protocols. The age limit for Cryoskin is 16 years old.
What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment and how long does each service take?
Whole Body Cryotherapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. All that is needed upon your arrival is just yourself and good energy! We provide all the needed apparel to ensure you have a safe and fun experience (slippers, socks, robe, gloves, mask, and beanie). Your first time cryo appointment will be for 2:30 with future sessions going up to 3:00.
Infrared Sauna - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Make sure to bring a bottle of water to ensure you stay hydrated throughout your session. Your first time will be 30 minutes and every future session will be 45 minutes. A shower will be available to you at no additional cost so you can shower after your therapy.
Red Light Therapy - A non-medical waiver must be completed before the therapy. Once you have arrived, a HWR will take you back to the room, set it up, and turn on the Red Light Therapy panels for a nice and relaxing 10-minute therapy.
mHbOT - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. The first session is 60 mins in the chamber 80 mins total. Then you can choose from 60-90 mins. 90 mins in the chamber is 110 mins total. IV Therapy - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy. Snack recommended prior to service. Vitals taken prior to service IV Drip can take anywhere from 30-90 min depending on ingredients received IM Shots - Telemed required for clearance to do therapy.
Cryoskin- To prepare for Cryoskin services avoid exercising or doing anything that will raise your body temperature for 2 hours prior to the appointment and avoid eating/drinking any sugars, carbs, or alcohol 2 hours pre and post appointment. This is most important for cryoslimming results, but is also recommended for cryotoning.
Facial Services- For all facial services avoid using active skincare ingredients including but not limited to retinoids, AHA's and BHA's, and other exfoliants for at least 48 hours prior to your treatment. Avoid excessive heat and sun exposure prior to and following your treatment and please inform your service provider if you believe you may be on any photosensitizing medication such as oral or topical antibiotics as you may be contraindicated for your facial service.

We believe a regimen of Core Services and IV Drips are essential to taking a proactive, preventative approach to your health — so you can feel your best and do more of what you love. A Level Up Membership gives you access to these modalities so you can use them regularly, and you can use it in a few different ways (use it as started: 8 core services or 2 base IV Drips, or mix and match and use it for 4 core services plus 1 base IV Drip.) Unused credits expire 100 days from issuance.

A Core+ membership allows for that option and helps you save money. Unused credits expire monthly.
