  This was my first visit to Mane Retreat Salon, and I had a wonderful experience! The entire staff was welcoming, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I can’t say enough good things about Nikki, Dea, and Jackie. They were incredibly kind, professional, and accommodating throughout my visit. The service was excellent, and it was clear that they genuinely care about their clients and creating a positive experience. Highly recommend! 💕

  This was my first time visiting the salon, and Tera warmly welcomed me at the door. She made me feel right at home from the start. It didn’t take long to see that she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in her field, and that she genuinely cares about her clients! She created a warm, friendly, and relaxing atmosphere, that allowed me to thoroughly enjoy my experience. She did a phenomenal job with my mani/pedi.., and I will definitely be recommending her to family and friends!

  6 stars, because WOW! This was my first time there and I received a cut and gloss refresh. Jackie went above and beyond to make sure my visit was incredible. I felt like royalty. She even made me dirty sodas at their dirty soda bar! I had the experience of my life and will always, always go to Mane Retreat from now on. Best hair salon in North Jax for sure!

  As you know, moving to a new place can always be a little difficult, especially not knowing where to go when it comes to your hair. Well, I have to say, I was super happy with the way my hair turned out. I love it!! Jackie did an amazing job. She is so talented and knew exactly what to do, especially since I have really thick hair. It’s hard to find the right person who knows how to work with it, and she absolutely nailed it. Her staff is also so professional, welcoming, and kind. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great salon experience to go see her. Thank you so much, ladies, for making me feel right at home here in Jacksonville!

  I am new to the Jacksonville area and was in need of a fresh haircut; I looked around on google for salons nearby and found Mane Retreat Salon on google. I had the pleasure of having Jackie cut my hair and she did an excellent job; from the moment I began my appointment to the moment I walked out the door, I felt welcomed. Jackie showed me multiple ways that my hair can by styled and even gave me great recommendations on places to go around the area. In addition to the salon experience, they have a cute store at the front of their shop with a bunch of cute country outfits. This was by far one of the best salon experiences I have ever had, and I will absolutely be coming back!
