It took 90 minutes longer than estimated, and the partial foil was left in too long while she attended to another customer, so I ended up with a 10 instead of an 8 on the lightness scale.

As for the salon itself, it needs a deep cleaning of details like the floor baseboards, arms and legs of the styling chairs, backs of counters, etc. But on the surface, it's clean, and enjoyable to visit. All the Stylists there are nice.
