La empleada Vivían o Viviana no tenía muchas ganas de atender, su conversación como vendedora era muy cortante y definitiva. Por no decir grosera. Mi compra se realizó de igual manera ya que estaba en el lugar y llegó una segunda empleada de nombre Hana o Kana, que se mostró más dispuesta y simpática, al menos saludó y dijo buenos días… mi compra no fue de $10 dólares fue de $ 200 dólares, pero no es el monto que se compra, es lo que merecemos ser bien tratados y con respeto como clientes… espero esto sirva para entrenar a los asociados y decirles que malos días tenemos todos, pero los problemas se dejan afuera antes de entrar a trabajar….

The blonde associate that wasn't even involved had something slick to say bc I wasn't aware that you couldn't use a sephora card at this location. She said "Five years later"..as if I was taking forever. She may want to mind her business. Yes I heard you!!!
