  I walked in after confirming that walk-ins were accepted and sat down to wait. Unfortunately, after roughly 45 minutes to an hour, no one acknowledged me, gave me an estimated wait time, or even checked in to let me know whether I would be seen. Several employees passed by without making eye contact or asking if I had been helped, and I was left sitting there with no information while my time was being wasted. I completely understand being busy, especially with walk-ins, but basic customer service would be to acknowledge someone and give them an idea of what to expect. Even a simple, “We’re running behind, it may be another hour,” would have been appreciated. Very disappointing experience from a customer service standpoint.

  I booked an appointment on their website. Drove all the way there just to find out the nail technician was out of town and she never saw my booking. If my appointment wasn't confirmed I shouldn't have been sent a confirmation. That's not right. Waste of time.
