- DBDawn Braun4 days ago5.0Received a bad haircut last week. Came back and Carla made it all good. I was prepared to pay again, but she asked the mgr to waive since I was just there, and she did! Gave her a larger tip. She could have just charged me again, but offered to get the fee waived. I didn’t have to ask.

I walked out with leave-in conditioner that my daughter also uses for her curls. I will be back to this location, hopefully in the next 6mo, not 3yrs.
