I've been to other Sephora's and I never experienced or went through what I experienced... -100000/10 don't recommend. Go to a different Sephora only come here if you are desperate.

Using points without permission or disclosure, not following their return/exchange policies, and unwilling to point you in the right direction when you’re looking for products. On top of that, as a rouge member, they don’t apply applicable bonus points with your orders in store during Sephora bonus point events. I’m so over it.
