    I need someone to call me. I submitted a request on 7/7. I was extremely unhappy with my latest color service and I would like a refund. I asked for blonde hi lights turned into a complete nightmare. I left with BROWN uneven streaks in my hair. I would like a full refund immediately. You can see one side was much darker than the other, also she did not go to the root so you can see the white contrasting with the brown. I had to pay for a color removal and I am still very unhappy with my hair. As a woman who was looking to feel better, to leave now just feeling ugly and sad.
