- AFAmanda FowlerSep 16, 20261.0I spend so much money at this place, that they just treat you as nothing!! For starters I’ve placed an order online and they have sent my $500.00 order back not once but twice. I have called customer service multiple times asking where my package is and all they can tell me is that it’s on the loading dock and it should be on its way… a week later my order was cancelled again. When I called multiple times they would tell me they can’t tell me nothing or why my order keeps being cancelled. They open a ticket about it, then they close it as soon as we hang up stating it’s been taken care of.So this time I placed an in-store pick up. I drove 45 minutes to pick up my order. For starters I had to go get the lady to check me and another customer out. She wasn’t very friendly at all. I left the store, drove all the way back across town to find out my order was wrong. I called to tell them and all I got was I can refund what was wrong or you can come back in and we can switch it out. Oh and I’m sorry!! It looks like I’m about to switch to cosmo prof. I’m hoping customer service will be better!!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
