I reserve my spot in like (a booking), wait 53 minutes to get my hair cut only to arrive and the front desk lady asks for my HOME ADDRESS. Bro whatttt...I'm getting my hair cut, why do you need my home address? It's one thing to ask and for me to decline. I have no problem with that. But then I asked, "Do I have to provide my home address?" The lady said, "Yes, because I can't create a profile for you without it." Bruhhh... If you're giving out your home address to your barber, then I've got a bridge to sell you bc that's crazyyyyy. In all seriousness--There's only reason they need your address and it's bc they sell your data to 3rd parties. AVOID.

This was the worst Great Clips shop I’ve ever been to. I don’t remember the stylist’s name, but an African American lady cut my hair extremely short in less than five minutes and didn’t even bother to blend or finish it properly. She also never showed me the back of my haircut before I left. Very disappointing experience.

Very bad experience with Sharon.Sharon ruined my haircut and didn’t follow the style I showed. Very unprofessional behavior—bad attitude and poor service. I wouldn’t recommend her.

I normally have a solid experience here but I get my hair cut by Sheila. I keep getting told about her 50 years of experience and how she's been a barber longer then I'm alive and she keeps pushing her suggestions when I'm not sure how much I want off the top so I ask her to take a half inch and see. I get told she dosen't have enough time to keep taking bits off to see. I haven't been in the chair 20 minutes and there isn't two people in the store at the time. I've been coming there for over a year I don't like feeling rushed. I don't think asking for her to take off a shorter length to make sure I like it is insane.

It’s unfathomable to me how untrustworthy some people are with the simplest task. I plainly don’t have the words to define my frustrations anymore. Day one, my wife goes in and asks to make a hair donation to wigs for kids. It was supposed to be free but they charged her $20 for it anyways. Next day I call to try to amicably resolve it and see about getting a refund or something, and am told to await a callback from the manager. Nothing for the rest of that and the next day. So I go in to try in person, get told that they were trying to get ahold of me multiple times. But hey, I’m here now, so the lady goes to speak to the manager. While waiting I get my facial hair insulted by one chubby cheeked worker and the other comes back to say the manager is out for the day, try tomorrow. They also remeasured and I’m informed that the hair they cut previously was too short and doesn’t apply to the donation requirement anyways. Before leaving I asked they call my phone again just to see why I wasn’t getting notified. It worked just fine. One mistake from a worker happens. Been there done that and I would have been annoyed but days go on. Two is certainly frustrating, something that shifts my opinion of a business a bit. But every single person in that building seems wholly incompetent in one way or another. I wouldn’t trust them to open a two way door let alone cut your hair.
