  I wasn’t t impressed with the staff. I asked for some assistance to find the next shade up of a particular lip gloss that I had purchased there previously. She took me to the section and pulled testers out, put them on her hand. She didn’t offer to have me try them on. She said it doesn’t appear that this brand has a shade up. ??? And walked away. I followed her and asked if she can recommend another brand that is an equivalent. She walked among the aisles and haphazardly picked one. No explanation on why it might be a good alternative. She just handed me the tester. And this time I put it on my hand. Not her. I said I’d help myself. I went back to the gloss that I like (Tower 28 Pistachio) and began testing myself with sponges on my lips. I found Coconut and am very happy with it. I then walked around the store just browsing and not one other associate asked me if I needed any help even as I was picking up product and was reading labels. Very disappointing. I may just switch to Ulta.
