    I booked an appointment today for June 5 at 1 PM with Madeline. I got a confirmation email and everything I even spoke with her the night before on Instagram in regards to my appointment I showed up at 12:55 and she told me that my appointment was not in the books and that she had somebody else at 1 o’clock and she could maybe do my hair at 1:30 but she could not blow dry it which is the service that I booked. Somebody else offered to blow dry my hair I declined because today is my only day off. I did not want to spend 30 minutes of it sitting in a waiting chair and I wanted one person to do my hair, not multiple people. I booked with Madeline, I wanted HER to do my hair. It just felt very unprofessional and I absolutely will not be back and I will not recommend the salon to anybody else. Not to mention, I’m standing outside as I wrote this review, waiting for my husband and it’s 1:10, no one has come in for an appointment 🙃
