    I came in for a short curly haircut that was a big change from what I had previously, unsure of how I'd like it. Alyx was amazing and I love the results! Exactly what I was looking for and great service! I'll definitely be returning for trims in the future.

    My hair isnt easy and it took sweet Abi some time to get it right but work to get it right she DID. I had a wonderful morning and was nothing more than impressed. I felt cared for with genuine concern and professionalism. I will be back

    Eden “took care” of Sarah and actually let her walk out of the salon looking like this. Be so serious right now. This is not just a bad hair day or a “maybe she’ll like it” situation, this is completely unacceptable work. Anyone who is properly licensed and genuinely knows what they’re doing with hair should have enough knowledge and professionalism to recognize that this is NOT okay to send a client home with. There is absolutely no way you can look at the finished result, call yourself a professional, and think, “Yep, this is good enough for her to leave the salon.” If you have a license, you have a responsibility to provide a service that meets a basic professional standard, and this clearly does not. Sarah should not have had to leave the salon looking like this, and honestly, I don’t understand how anyone involved thought this was an acceptable final result. This isn’t about being picky, this is about doing your job properly.
