I bought my pregnant wife a massage here as a Mother’s Day gift. She loved the actual massage, the ambiance, and the design of the salon. Unfortunately, the front desk completely ruined her post-massage relaxation at checkout.
They held her up for a significant amount of time with an incredibly pushy membership sales pitch. In the process, they completely missed the concept of a "gift" and disclosed the exact dollar amount I had paid for the service right to her face. To top it off, they gathered her personal phone number and email just to spam her with marketing materials and membership pricing.
While the service itself was great, the aggressive, tactless upselling at the end entirely stripped away her relaxation. I won't be recommending this place to anyone.

Cedtara is absolutely incredible. From the moment the session started, she created such a relaxing and professional atmosphere. Her technique, attention to detail, and ability to target tension and stress were honestly some of the best I’ve experienced. I left feeling refreshed, recharged, and completely relaxed.
If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, professional, and genuinely cares about your comfort and wellness, I highly recommend Cedtara. I’ll definitely be booking again!

I have been getting massages regularly for YEARS, and I’ve had some favorite massage therapists throughout that time, but for the last 4–5 months I have made SURE to book with The NOW Massage Fort Lauderdale’s Caylon every single time. She is so professional, thorough, caring, detail-oriented, and STRONG (I get deep tissue every visit 😅).
If you want an amazing experience, I recommend Caylon all the way! But honestly, at The NOW Massage Fort Lauderdale you really can’t go wrong with anyone. It’s such a great place, and I’m so happy to have been a member for as long as I have. 10/10!!!!

Designed for the senses.
When you walk in you will be greeted with lots of natural light, a perfectly balanced aromatherapy experience and a design space with natural woods and materials like linen and cotton suggesting they were intentional with even the smallest details.
The professionalism of my massage therapist Hugo left nothing to be desired. He asked questions to understand my focus areas and delivered firm deep tissue pressure as desired - which can be hard to find.
The entire staff sets the energy by protecting and respecting a quiet space in the massage hallway where the individual rooms are divided by thick burlap/linen style dividers. It is lit only by a few low light lamps in the rooms and above with aesthetic rattan style pendants.
The front staff was extremely friendly and helpful both before the experience and after, even waking me to the bathrooms as it was my first visit.
As a sensory person that appreciates and notices the small details I’ve never found a massage place that met all the details like this. I will no longer be visiting different massage spots trying to find my Home base.
The NOW is experience is worth more than what the cost is in comparison to other massage parlors. Just wish I went here sooner.

I booked a massage at The NOW Massage for the first time. 50 minutes at $130, plus upgrade (I added deep tissue).
I chose this place because of the 4.8-star rating and was confident it would be a great experience. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
The spa itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly.
Unfortunately, the massage was extremely disappointing. I specifically requested deep tissue focused on my shoulders and traps, and I did not receive anything close to deep tissue. The pressure was very light the entire time!! It felt like I was just being rubbed with oil. If I wanted to be rubbed down with oil my partner could do that.
I even asked during the massage when the deep tissue would start, and was told it already was. When I questioned it, the therapist said my muscles were “too tense” to go deeper, which didn’t make sense based on my past experiences with deep tissue massages.
Once he moved on from my back, he said he wouldn’t be going back to it… so the main area I needed barely got worked on.
After the session, I raised my concern to him and front desk and was told I would need to “keep coming back” to eventually get deeper work. That was frustrating, if I paid for deep tissue, I expect to receive it during that session.
Massages aren’t cheap, so when I choose to treat myself, I expect to receive the service I paid for. With the upgrade, I paid around $150 for what felt like being rubbed down with oil.
Afterward, I looked through more of the reviews and realized I’m not the only one who had this issue, something I wish I had caught before booking.

How does The NOW differ from a traditional spa?
The NOW has reimagined the approachable luxury of a neighborhood spa with high-quality massages and exclusive enhancements that offer relaxation and healing. Our goal is to offer customizable massage services without the time commitment and cost of a traditional spa.
When should I arrive for my massage?
Please aim to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time for check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late.
How do I book a massage?
You can schedule an appointment online at www.thenowmassage.com, through The NOW Massage app, or by contacting the boutique directly by phone. We also welcome walk-ins, but due to high demand, we recommend scheduling in advance.
How do I cancel a service that I’ve scheduled?
A booked massage can be canceled by logging into your account on the website, through The NOW Massage app, or by calling the boutique. Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 12 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. We charge 50% of the reservation made to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation.
What if I fail to show for a scheduled massage or arrive late?
If you miss your appointment or arrive 15 minutes past your scheduled service start time, the service is automatically canceled and the full price of the scheduled service is charged to the credit card on file. To ensure a relaxing experience, and get the full benefits of the massage, we advise guests to arrive on time (or early) for all scheduled appointments.
How can I cancel my membership?
Ritual Members can cancel their recurring dues membership at any time by providing their boutique with 30-days written notice stating the desire to cancel. You may cancel in-person at the boutique or by sending an email to the boutique where your membership was purchased. All boutique contact information can be found under the locations page on our website.
Note: In states where required by applicable law, in addition to the above, you can also choose to cancel your membership through choosing the cancellation option on your membership profile online.
How long do I have to use massage credits?
