  ⭐️ 1 Star I am leaving this review to document my experience with Salon Lofts, specifically the Pompano Beach location, because my experience was very different from what was presented to us when we signed our lease. Mindy was our point of contact throughout the leasing process. She sold us a very positive picture of what renting with Salon Lofts would be like, but once we signed our lease and actually needed assistance, her communication and availability changed significantly. When we had questions or issues that needed to be addressed, getting a response or resolution was extremely difficult. Some of the issues we experienced during our tenancy: • We were given very short notice that we would have to leave the location, without a clear explanation for the termination. • The AC was out for approximately two months during the summer, significantly affecting the working environment. • Common areas and the building were not consistently maintained or cleaned. I will be attaching photos showing the condition of the shared areas. • Issues involving fellow tenants were not adequately addressed or resolved by management. • The parking situation was changed after we had already signed our lease, creating an additional inconvenience that was not part of the arrangement we originally agreed to. • The Pompano Beach location requires separate permits and licenses for each individual licensed professional operating within a suite. This creates additional licensing and tax-related expenses that can make the actual cost of operating there substantially different from what someone might expect when they initially view it as a booth/suite rental arrangement. • When we attempted to communicate with management regarding our lease situation and resolving what we owed, our communications were not properly addressed before we received formal notice. The biggest issue for me was the lack of communication and support from management, particularly from Mindy after we became tenants. The experience before signing and the experience after signing were two very different things. This review is based solely on my experience as a tenant at the Pompano Beach location. The photos attached show the condition of the common areas during our tenancy.

  Try to schedule with this stylist twice this is my second time going to him. I text him that I thought the appointment was at noon instead of 11 reached out to him to see about scheduling for a later date, but I called him. He hung up on me and blocked me through social media where I was contacting him to me. That’s very unprofessional and very immature but it saves me time and money on people that don’t deserve it. That was my experience before even being seen.

  Cody Ford did an amazing job on my extensions color and blowout. I highly recommend him he is also very sweet person

  Plenty of parking. I go here for blow outs by CODEY. He has amazing prices and is a sweetheart.
