    Very disappointed No price displayed I am senior and also had 10%discount coupon and had regular hair cut She charged $25.00 in the receipt says regular price and no discount applied This is second time happened with me You should have prices displayed

    Sarah Nunez has a unique talent in that she will style hair to make her clients look their absolute best. Her suggestions have been spot on and yes, people notice. I am at the point where I just go in and tell Sarah to cut my hair however she thinks is best. In over 15 years I have never been disappointed.

    Went with 15 yr old daughter for haircut. She did not ask for anything other than little trim off ends, 1.5 inches. Almost 2 hours later she ended up with a prom haircut and style. It Monday 7pm on a school night. No discussion with parents. Total cost $150. Moral compass was off today. I’ve been going there for near 10 years. You just lost a whole family of customers. Hope it was worth it!

    Absolutely horrible service! I asked for a mullet, and the hair stylist said she understood: short on the sides, long in the back. She then proceeded to trim my hair a little, without actually doing the style I requested. When I corrected her, asking for the sides to be trimmed shorter, she said that's a second haircut and charged me double! Tired with an attitude, clearly wanted to cut my hair as quickly as possible so she could leave.
