    I went in with reference photos and explained exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately the haircut I received was not what I asked for. I went back later that day, and the original stylist still seemed unsure of the cut I was looking for, so I was asked to return the next day when the manager was there. The manager corrected it, and while I’m glad it’s fixed now, I was disappointed with the overall experience and having to make multiple trips to get the haircut I originally requested.

    Called the store on Commercial Blvd in Fort Lauderdale to inquire about availability and was met with a friendly team member on the phone. She assured me there was availability this afternoon to come in and get a haircut. 30 minutes later I walked in and was met with the same friendly welcome and was immediately seated in a chair. The hairstylist provided with me exactly what I asked for and I was in and out quickly. Thank you so much for the great service today!

    Went there with my teenager daughter twice. The first time, she was very satisfied and they listened to what she said. The second time went poorly; a "trim" became about four inches of hair being cut. Received quasi-bangs that were not requested. Daughter felt like what she said and what she received were extremely dissimilar and she is upset. We will not be going back.
