  I had a haircut about one week ago at the Eustis Hair Cuttery. My daughter left a review for me already along with pics. Lauren was my stylist. I’m 76 and I have never had such a terrible haircut. She did everything I asked her NOT to do. The small amount of hair that was left on my head looked and felt like it had been through a chopper. When my daughter called to complain, she was told to bring me back in and they would fix it. I ask, how do you fix something that’s not there anymore? The owner did call back and said to let it grow out and then come back in. I will never go back there again.

  Showed images of what my mom wanted. She had plenty of hair to at least get close to the images. The girl who cut it was obviously rushing and scissor happy. When she asked my mom what she thought her response was “I want my hair back.” I assumed it was just shorter than she wanted and I proceeded to pay and I even left a tip. First she did a dry cut which I did think was strange, but thought maybe she was doing it to try keep the length my mom wanted. I didn’t realize until after when my mom told me, but she wasn’t even given the opportunity to see the back. I did hear the girl at the end ask if she wanted it washed and found that odd as they normally do that first. She didn’t blow her off with the blow dryer and she was covered in loose hair. Loose pieces got in her eyes and mouth and caused irritation to her eyes. It is uneven all over. One side is longer to the other. The back is patchy and chopped up. She requested her bangs to be right at her eyebrows and you can see one completely with space above and barely see the other. I tried to call to speak to management and the girl ( Lauren) that cut her hair said she was the shift lead. I asked for her manager to call me back and she said she would have the owner call me back. I had already asked if the supervisor was there and was told no so I asked if the call would be today and was told she was there, but they didn’t know where. She said she could try fix it, but it is way too short now to be fixed. She specifically asked not to have it cut tight and I’ll add an mage to give an idea of how bad it was.

  Patrice was excellent and gave me the best haircut I have ever had. She explained some of the ways that she was cutting my hair and how it would help with the style that I wanted. 10 out of 10. She will be my go to person from here on out.

  Part of the haircutting experience is getting your your hair washed. My hair was barely agitated during the wash. I don’t the stylist even made contact with my scalp. It was the worst hair washing experience I’ve ever had and lasted less than five minutes. No conditioner. My hair still feels dirty and greasy even after the stylist washed it. There was no effort, completely fell short of what should’ve been done. A $47 haircut warrants getting your hair washed decently. Will not be back.
