  I had such a great experience at Rowan for my second lobe piercing! Melissa and Kizzie were incredibly friendly and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. They took the time to help me choose the best earrings and carefully lined everything up to make sure the placement was perfectly even. I’m a little nervous when it comes to needles, but they were so understanding and accommodating—they even pierced both ears at the same time so I could get it over with quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, such a smooth and positive experience. I would definitely recommend Rowan to anyone thinking about getting a piercing!

  We had a great experience getting a piercing here! Emma was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process comfortable and easy. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made us feel at ease. Highly recommend this place, and a big thank you to Emma for the excellent service!

  It was my daughter’s first piercing. She was nervous, but they helped her every step of the way. they showed her around and explained the process of the piercing my daughter‘s ears. They had beautiful earrings to pick from: Emma was so sweet and professional. She was able to let my daughter pierce her ears at the same time. It was a wonderful experience, very worth it. We would go there again. It was great five stars for her and the rest of the team.☺️👍🏻

  After 25 yrs got my second lobe piercing and they look great! Have to be honest though… everything is sold as singles and that isn’t explained well. So I paid double what I thought based on getting a pair … also titanium and not real gold . Would have chosen differently had I known that was the case before doing the piercing. Maybe it’s my fault for not reading the fine print on the display case. Girls are very friendly but the pricing was misleading in my eyes.

She was incredibly patient, professional, and empathetic, and made both of my daughters feel comfortable throughout the entire process\. A special thank you as well to Emma, who pierced their ears\. She was gentle, confident, and made the experience smooth and stress\-free\. The entire staff was attentive, caring, and truly went above and beyond\.
