  I'm so sad. My experience in Semper Doral was everything but satisfying. I went there because I had a voucher for 8 free small area treatment. Since the 1st time they were telling me to buy a package which I wasn't sure because I found it a little pricy. After my second visit I decided to get the contract for the packaged and other areas. After two visits under the contract, I told them I would like to cancel they told me that 2 visits will be charging it a regular price, which I didn't mind, because I rather pay that than the 1,800.00 . They never sent my cancellation form. They took the whole amount, I spoke with Caroline the manager about the issue and requesting the refund...she charged me 1,200.00 for only two visits and refunded what was left. Mean the "free voucher" isn't free. I requested a copy of charges breaking down those and she is been ignoring my emails. DON'T fall for those "friendly faces" There is a lot a nice places in Miami with better service, pro client and no hidden words. Very Sad to be writing this.

  I am doing legs and bikini at Semper Laser! See visible reduction in hair amount already after second visit. And! Girl who does procedure (Michel ) is very nice to deal with - she is professional, attentive to details, and very experienced. Have a great time coming to Semper laser !

  Extremely poor customer service. Zero detail or appreciation for their clients time. All they care about is you signing up. Expect your appointments to be constantly rescheduled with no knowledge of it. Expect to receive attitude when you tell them your time is valuable when they continue to make the same mistake with your appointments. I literally got re-scheduled 3 times without my knowing. They talk about sending you confirmation texts which I only received for the first invite (because they want you to sign up). Confirming through email, another waste of time. Are all the locations the same? I’m not sure, but if this is one of their newest locations and it’s operated this way, I’m scared to imagine how the rest operate. Funny thing is every time I showed up for my appointment which they said wasn’t at that time there was literally 1 other client before me, when you’re constantly making a mistake should you not want to make your customer happy and accommodate them when you are aware this has happened multiple times? I call that customer service basics. To conclude, when I voiced my bad experience and tagged their main account on Instagram their response to my horrible experience were multiple heart emojis as you can see in the attached photos. Now my question to you is, would you really let these folks point a laser at you with this kind of customer service? I know I’m NEVER returning there.
