I’ve been there multiple times in person and it’s always the same issue when checking out. When even trying to attend a class I had to contact the store over three times (one I was disconnected mid call) and at the third call no one answered . Only needed information on how to attend their upcoming class that no one knew how to answer me . Unfortunately with this service I don’t see a lot of clients coming back to them.
