- JJJaceSep 22, 20261.0They sell defective tools! I bought a parlux blow dryer here because it was cheaper than from their direct site, and now I know why. I was only able to use it a few times before it burned out. I took it back to the store to have it fixed (I had to pay) and 2 days later it burned out again, so I had to take it back again! Of course, the same thing happened yet again a few days later so I just gave up because they were super rude and I didn’t want to deal with them again.
