She was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything matched perfectly. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her work. I’m so grateful for her help and would 100% recommend her!

I came in looking for a specific shade of MAC lip liner and lipstick, and even though Sephora doesn’t carry MAC, she didn’t just leave me stuck, she went above and beyond to find me the exact same shade from other brands. She matched me with a lip liner, lipstick, and gloss that were basically identical! I’m definitely not a makeup expert, but Jackie was so sweet, patient, and friendly that she made me feel completely comfortable. She really knew her stuff, and because of her, my shopping experience was super fast, smooth, and stress free. If you’re ever at Sephora, I highly recommend asking for Jackie, she’s amazing!
