- KKkaitlynAug 16, 20265.010/10 experience!! My boyfriend and I are from Georgia visiting here for the weekend and we were welcomed with such amazing hospitality. Krista, Rose, and Dove were AMAZING to put the least. They all explained each product in detail, showed us samples, and overall just had great energy. We almost bought the whole store! Our experience was so good we’d drive back here just to shop with them again. Thank you to you three!!

When we stopped in Sunday the two women by the front were rudely talking about personal issues and complaining. The curly hair girl tried to talk to us about face masks but all of us were very uncomfortable. By the time I wanted to leave Dove was helping my daughters and being very kind. She truly stole the show. The other lady Rose was also very sweet. Dove made real effort to help us.Great time but awful start to our visit.

Everyone on the staff was helpful, but Dove truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—not just as customers, but as people. He was kind, attentive, accommodating, and an absolute ray of sunshine. Traveling to a new place can sometimes make you feel a little out of place, but Dove's warmth and genuine hospitality made our trip so much more enjoyable. His positive energy enhanced not only our experience at Lush, but our time in Destin as a whole. Thank you, Dove, for the exceptional service and for making our visit so memorable!
