  I had such an amazing experience at Lush thanks to Dove. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to help me find exactly what I needed. You can tell she truly cares about customers and loves what she does. Her energy made the whole experience feel welcoming and personal instead of rushed. Outstanding customer service like hers is rare, and she definitely made my visit memorable. Thank you, Dove, for going above and beyond!

  krista and Brittany made my daughters day. First time visiting and they helped us with recommendations and trying stuff out in store! they were so kind and patient with my little girl. thankyou lush we will be back because of them ❤️

  It’s been a while since I’ve been to LUSH because there isn’t one close where I’m visiting Destin from… so when I saw this location I was SUPER excited! Everyone was super nice and made sure I had a positive experience! Dove ended up helping me out and she gave me great insight on the hair products I left with and that I can’t wait to try!

  By far the best lush store I’ve been to. Dove was so amazing. Helped me find the right sizes and products for what my hair needed & gave me some great tips. Even was so kind as to gift me some roots mask for my hair. Absolutely will come back & hope dove will be there to help me again. Dove even gave me a hug when I left. Such a sweet & kind person from the moment I walked in. Had no problem answering my numerous questions about new products and finding what was right for me. They are all so sweet I didn’t get everyone’s name but they always take care of me when I’m in. By far my favorite store and the people there make it even more worth going.

  I absolutely love going into Lush. Every time I have been there, every single one of the employees has been so nice and helpful. Today was no exception. Rose, Sophia, and Krista were absolutely wonderful. They were super friendly and so helpful. I cant wait to go back.
