  I don’t know much about makeup. However, Ilyssa was super helpful by showing me some necessities while still keeping it simple for me. I greatly appreciated that!

  Theresa was the nicest sales associate I’ve ever met at a Sephora, and I’ve been to plenty! She took her time shade matching me and providing samples of foundation for me. This Sephora has a smaller selection of brands than others, but it makes up for it with a pleasant customer service experience :)

  I was not satisfied with the service I received from “Gaby”She gave uninterested and not very helpful responses to the questions I asked. I believe customer satisfaction should be a priority. As a customer, I expect my questions to be listened to carefully and answered in a solution-oriented and helpful manner.
