I was honestly panicking and walked into Hair Cuttery hoping someone could help me fix it. Lisa absolutely saved my hair. She squeezed me in the same day, spent hours carefully correcting the color, preserving the dimension of my balayage, and making sure my hair still looked healthy and natural. She stayed until 10 PM (an hour after closing!) to make sure everything was right and never once rushed the process. What impressed me most is that she didn’t just cover up the problem — she thoughtfully corrected it while keeping the hair dimensional, soft, and flattering. The final result looks polished, healthy, and so much more sophisticated than I expected after the disaster I walked in with. Lisa is patient, talented, detail-oriented, and clearly takes pride in her work. I’m incredibly grateful and already booked my next appointment with her. Highly recommend her for balayage, color correction, gloss/toning, and highlights. Thank you again, Lisa!
