  I went into The Hair Cuttery for my usual haircut from Amina. She asked me if I wanted to do anything different and since I had been thinking I needed a change for the summer I said “yes” a spur of the moment decision. We decided on coloring my all white hair that I had for over 4 years. Although a bit nervous, I completely trust Amina and I listen to her advice and so I chose one of the colors she recommended, which I love. ❤️As usual I had a great experience at Hair Cuttery and although Amina is the only stylist I go to, everyone is friendly and kind from the moment you walk in. and it’s just a pleasant place to go. Amina is so knowledgeable and understands me and my needs. She is creative and very professional and skilled with her techniques for making my hair look the best it can be. I’ve never been unhappy with anything done to my hair in the 5 years I have been going there. I always leave feeling much happier than when I walked in. 💕🎉

  I have a salon that I go to, but in a pinch came here for a hair trim. Big mistake!! I downloaded the app and was sent a 10% coupon. I got my hair trimmed and it was $72!!!!!! Seventy two dollars! Im pretty sure I was just taken advantage of because there was an additional charged placed on the receipt and my hair is a little past my shoulders. Shameful. I go a pretty nice salon in Lake Mary and I have never spent $72 for a trim. I was just telling my hair dresser and she was shook. I am SO taken back by this. You ruined my day. They also told me "sorry your coupon doesnt work" but Hair Cuttery LITERALLY sent me the email TODAY 🤡 I will never be back to a chain like this 🤮 Had i booked via the app the price stated $36 signature cut with shampoo and conditioner with Olga. I was literally upcharged purposely to take advantage!!!! I still cannot believe I spent $72 on a hair trim. Disbelief.

  I have to say...These girls know how to do what they do!My girl Shondra does the best spiral perms and cuts like nobody's business! I've been coming to her for3 years! Everytime is always the same great conversation, exceptional work and I never leave disappointed! I get what I ask for everytime she's the professional and takes pride in her work and boy does it show! I love her work and enjoy coming in! If she has a time crunch in between patrons Brittany doesn't mind jumping in as well. All the girls at this spot all get along like family. It's the best place to get any work done!

  Amina was great. She explained why she was doing what she was doing vs the inspiration pic, how we can work towards it. I appreciate that since though I love my prior stylist, that usually was not part of the conversation.

  The experience with the staff is always good, you are attended to, according your appointment time, the place is clean and safe. I am very disappointed with the advertisement that promised a 25% off services, but this is calculated from a fraction and the cheapest thing you do ( on my case, flat iron finish $ 4.75! I end up paying $78 .30) so, do not expect any drop on the general cost. Nevertheless, the tips are calculated differently (20% tips equals $13.05 vs. 25% discount equals $4.75). Isn't this very interesting? I felt cheated
