She asked if I wanted my hair washed..well, yes of course..then did not use a towel on my neck as she washed it, I was soaked down my back..ok the hair cut itself, was not too bad and her chair side manor was nice. But after she asked if I wanted it blow dried...yes for that amount of money I do...but dried it for a minute..definitely not dry enough ..I said I have errands, please dry I all the way, but she did not, she dried it again for about a minute, then said ok..we are done..It looked awful and I had to go home to do it myself as I could not go around with wet hair. I will NOT be going to this salon ever again.....BTW she was waiting for a tip after ...ahhh..no way...sorry, but this salon needs to do better...one more thing, it was empty of people ..nobody was waiting, so she did have the time to do a proper job...Way too much money for this kind of service...feeling ripped off.
