- JLJacqueline LongMay 20, 20231.0Did not get what I asked for a second time was supposed to be just blonde chunks of color because chocolate chunks were to dark last time and now this time only asked for blonde chunks, it wasn't even blonde chunks my hair is so messed up can only see mostly blonde hardly any chocolate and wanted to charge me more than last time and only got blonde not blonde and chocolate, needless to say I only paid 10 less this time than last and I have to live with messed up hair until it grows out or I can get it fixed and have to pay someone else more money to get it fixed ,will never go there again very angry and disappointed
