    It was posted that this place is open until 6 PM. I arrived at around 5:20-30ish for a haircut. The employee then told me that she was finishing up for the day and was just about to clean up. Or, in other words, she just wanted to go home early. I understand if the place doesn’t want to stay open that late, but if you say you are open to a certain time, I feel that the services should be provided up until that time.

    I went in for a wash and cut with Briana. She is a newer stylist with 2years experience. She listened to exactly what wanted and did not over cut my hair while keeping it healthy and still getting rid of the dead ends. Every step she explained to me what she was doing and took her time carefully brushing my hair. I didn’t feel rushed and she is one of the few stylist that didn’t rip at my earrings when brushing!

    Chelsie was horrible. 2.5 hours for a haircut and simple blow out. Then I was Upcharged for more than I booked. It was like 2.5 hour infomercial of sales. She kept stopping and doing other tasks in the middle of my appointment and then forgetting where she was and what she was doing. She continued to ask me for exact details on the cut when I’m paying for her to be the professional. I chose a higher level stylist to try to prevent such an experience. Makes me question hair Cuttery valuate of level levels. I have never had a worst experience. Just left paid almost $80 and I have to go find another hairdresser to fix what Chelsea did. My layers are uneven, square and choppy. My side bangs are choppy. Nothing blended. However if you sit in Chelsea’s chair, she will continue to gloat about how wonderful she is and how experience she is.

    stylist was Jean, she was very nice but the Cut was not what i wanted, one side shorter than other and to short. I did not want my hair curly, showed her a picture. All I want is a stylist to be honest, if you cant do the cut or if it's wrong for my hair just be honest. Below is what I got except i styled it better, Jean curled it! i showed her the stock photos below, does that looked curled? i booked a Master stylist purposely, Saying your sorry doesnt cut it. I informed Jean to clean it up a little, I dis not want my hair thinned out and cut like this. I am older, hair grows slow so i am stuck with this for many months. You should refund my credit card. I also tipped her and I shouldn't have.
