- TRTonya RojaaAug 7, 20261.0My granddaughter went to this establishment because there was a coupon on their website for 30 percent off salon services for teachers or students. She got there and they said the cut and perm was $210. Once she was done she showed her coupon and they were refusing to do it because she had a master stylist. Shouldn’t they all be master stylists, as this is their job and the service you are paying for? Should she have just been given a student stylist? I don’t understand. After speaking with them on the phone, which at first they didnt even want to get on the phone, I was informed they would give her a discount on haircut only. We were told $210 for cut and perm. Now it’s $40 for cut, $210 for perm, extra for premium dye, which by the way wasn’t asked for, and they would only give a deal of $12 for haircut. Even after I had to speak with three people that isn’t what the ad online said, they still wanted to debate it. She saved her money for this and I believe they were taking advantage of her being young and naive and expecting her to just go along with whatever they told her to pay. So if you are using one of the coupons they advertise be sure to let them know, cause you obviously don’t deserve to be served by a MASTER STYLIST! Most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.

They left our hair dirty. The girl who washed my hair only gave us two shampoos—a quick wash, really—and the blow-dry was awful. I wasted my time and money, and I won't be back. If they do a bad job, they'll lose me as a customer.
