    I usually experience a lot of anxiety when getting my hair cut, and when I came to Jade, it was truly an SOS situation. She immediately made me feel welcomed, heard, and completely comfortable. She asked thoughtful questions to understand exactly what I needed and wanted, and I felt safe expressing my concerns and preferences without feeling like I was inconveniencing her. Jade not only gave me a haircut I was happy with, but also taught me how to clearly communicate what I’m looking for so I can get the best results at future appointments. Her patience, kindness, and attention to detail made such a difference. I’m incredibly glad I came to see her and would absolutely recommend her to anyone—especially someone who feels anxious about getting their hair cut.

    My hair was absolutely beautiful! I got a blowout, and a trim, I have curly hair which was bleach damaged so it’s difficult to get it silky smooth but it wasn’t a struggle here. Thank you Mae!

    Came in for a trim and colour - requested a colour match on medium brown hair, got home and see it’s black! Looks unnatural. I even said to use the woman’s colour to get a natural colour match, but insisted on using men’s. Right before my brother’s wedding, thanks .. regrets 🤦🏻‍♂️
