- TLTori Lyon6 days ago1.0Unprofessional customer service from the 2 African American workers whose names are “Ashley & Maggie”. Not sure if they actually gave their real name but they completely screwed up my order. I placed an order 2 days ago because this is the only location that had the products I needed. I live in miami & it’s a 40 minute drive. I arrive today 8/26 @1pm and am told they no longer have the items because “she forgot to fill the order”. When I mentioned there wasn’t a call or follow up “we were busy”. This is crazy. Typically I get blown up by salon centric reminding me about my order and to get it ASAP. These girls were not busy, they weren’t paying attention or doing their job correctly and unfortunately inconvenienced a loyal customer. Their wat to make things right was “call customer support” seriously?!? Unacceptable!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
