  My daughter had the best experience with Chanel at Rowan! Chanel was incredibly gentle, kind, and patient, making her feel comfortable from the very beginning. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of her questions, and made what could have been a nerve-wracking experience feel easy and enjoyable. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. The piercing was quick, precise, and much less intimidating than my daughter expected, thanks to Chanel’s calming demeanor. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and makes the experience a positive one, I highly recommend Chanel. Thank you for making my daughter’s piercing experience such a wonderful memory!

  I brought my daughter in for her first ear piercing on Sunday, July 5. The concept of Rowan is fantastic, and the studio itself appears to be clean and sanitary. Javier was helpful in getting us registered via the QR code and showing us the jewelry selection, but the overall customer service during the piercing process left a lot to be desired. ​Both Javier and Danica (who assisted with the piercing) had a very distant, cold demeanor. I attempted to intro introduce my daughter to Javier and was literally met by silence. Javier mumbled and avoided eye contact, making communication difficult. I had to stare intensely at his face in an attempt to read his lips. As a parent, a first piercing is a special moment, so the lack of engagement made the experience feel a bit distasteful. On a positive note, my daughter loves her new earrings and was not bothered by the interaction. I hope management can focus a bit more on hospitality training, as the retail concept itself is wonderful, but the staff engagement needs to match the price point.

  The girls are awesome and very professional. I walked in and was welcomed by Torey. I needed a post change and got two new piercings by nurse, Bryana. I needed help figuring out the placement of the two new piercings and they were very helpful. The whole experience was very quick and easy. I highly recommend Rowan at Dania Pointe.

  Great experience. Took my daughter to celebrate her birthday from the minute we walked in the attendant was great, very nice and then we had Bryana do the piercing who was very patience and took time with her. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a painless and memory worthy experience.

  Extremely disappointed with this place. Completely misleading information and a total waste of time. I called them beforehand, explained exactly what we needed for my daughter's ear piercing, and was assured the total would start around $140 for everything. Based on that, we decided to give them a try. But once we arrived, the reality was completely different. The starter price was nowhere near $140—it was a minimum of $200 just to get a basic setup. To make matters worse, their selection of earrings was incredibly small and disappointing, nothing like what they lead you to believe. What they tell you over the phone vs. what they actually deliver in person is night and day. The entire business approach feels wrong, and the service was just bad. We wanted a smooth, special experience for our daughter, but it turned out to be a massive headache. Absolutely do not recommend this place.
