  Nurse Chanel has the patience of a saint. She didn’t care how many times I wanted to adjust the placement. Additionally, she was knowledgeable in how my baby ears sit and what works best long term. Torey was also very helpful, greeted us with a smile and explain all of our options. Great experience!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Channel! She did my piercing and was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She is incredibly sweet, professional, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. You can truly tell how much she cares about her work and her clients. My piercing came out beautiful, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone talented, professional, and genuinely kind. I would absolutely go back to her again!

  Total lack of professionalism, the nurse manipulated her cell phone with the gloves just before pircing and also did not take measurements with the meter, she did it by hand, as far as I know for the ears there is a meter for greater precision and she did not use it, I asked her if she was not going to use it and she changed the conversation, in addition the store is pure marketing, they sell you everything additional, and they sell you a gel with a lot of envelopes that you will never use, I do not recommend them at all.

  Nyssa an amazing person !!!!! Nyssa and the manager gave me excellent and exceptional customer service and guided me each step of the way. Nyssa, is very patience with you especially if you are not good with needles like myself. I was not rush, walk through all the steps and best of all she so much kindness basically they held my hand through the process. I’m very happy with the outcome

  So I have a 50/50 review. So I gave it 3 stars because I was disappointed when I got to my appointment, I was told there wasn't a nurse available to do my piercing. Nowhere on the website says call before to see if they have a nurse that can do the piercing. I thought all piercings were done by the nurses there, didn'tknow there were speciality nurses. But I do have to say, the nurses in there were willing to call another store to see if they had someone. Suggestion: Maybe when setting the appointment, you can select what piercings you are getting so you don't end up wasting your time, like me.i wanted to do this with my daughter and was unable. Now on the flip side, my daughter was able to get her piercing and it was done by nurse Chanel. She made my daughter feel very comfortable. The other nurse that was also there was very helpful and friendly as well. They helped with picking the earing and explained everything in detail. My daughter's overall experience was great.
