In the meantime, due to the discrepancy between the advertised price, the price quoted over the phone, and the amount that was actually charged, I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. You should therefore expect a follow-up inquiry from them while the matter is being reviewed. I look forward to hearing the outcome of your investigation. ‐---------------------------------- Very disappointed with my experience. My 18-year-old son went in for a regular men's haircut and was charged $40, even though the price listed online is $22, which is what we had been paying on recent visits. I was so surprised by the charge that I called the salon the next day to ask about their current pricing. I was told a men's haircut costs $33, which is still significantly less than the $40 my son was charged. To make matters even more confusing, the receipt shows the service as an "Express Haircut," which I would expect to cost less than a regular haircut, not more. There was nothing unusual about the service he received, and no additional services were discussed or authorized. After reading other reviews describing similar pricing concerns, I am left wondering whether customers are being charged inconsistent amounts. Based on our experience, the pricing practices at this location raise serious concerns. I strongly encourage the owner or corporate management to investigate this salon's pricing and billing practices immediately. Customers should know exactly what they will be charged before a service begins, and the amount charged should match the advertised prices and the service received. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.

  Scam Alert. This place is an absolute joke. They charged me $70 for a basic kids haircut and blow dry. Yep that's right $70. Even though when you look on their website it says all haircuts include wash and dry and that kids haircuts are $20. It's an absolute scam. Also they charge more depending on which person they put you with if they are a master or not but they don't tell you that they are going to do that or give you the option to wait for someone that isn't. We're talking a $70 kids haircut.

  Jessica is an amazing hairstylist. I decided to do to a DIY cut to my long locks and it went so wrong. Jessica fixed my hair, gave me layers and just made me look like a new person.
