  I booked an appointment for my daughter with a specific stylist, only to discover that both the stylist and appointment time had been changed without any prior communication or confirmation from me. As soon as I noticed the discrepancy, I attempted to contact the salon by phone but was unable to reach anyone. I also tried canceling through the online booking system, but it only offered the option to reschedule with the stylist I had not originally selected. With the appointment approaching and a cancellation policy in place, this was unnecessarily stressful. Fortunately, I was able to reach the salon by email and learned that my originally selected stylist was unavailable. While I completely understand that scheduling changes happen, I would have appreciated being notified and given the opportunity to decide whether to proceed with someone else. As a first-time customer, the experience was disappointing and left me uncomfortable moving forward with the appointment. To their credit, Tee responded promptly by email, apologized for the miscommunication, and confirmed that the appointment would be canceled without a fee. I genuinely appreciate how she handled my concerns. I can't speak to the quality of their salon services, but I hope they improve their communication and scheduling process so other customers don't have a similar experience. Although I appreciate how Tee ultimately handled my concerns, the experience left me hesitant to book another appointment, and I've decided not to reschedule at this time. It's unfortunate, as I was genuinely looking forward to trying the salon.

  An unfortunate hair incident prior led me to believe I had to get the big chop. After immediately asking my goals & assessing my hair- Rhonda assured me it was not necessary. In a world full of stylists that try to cut as much hair as possible- this was different! She gave me a cut without taking off more than was necessary & a plan that worked with my goals. She wasn't intimidated or overwhelmed by my kinks & tangles. That in the chair shame you sometimes feel after a long but tough period when you just didn't get to your hair? Didn't feel it. She knew just what to do. She has an eye for hair I didn't know exists! My hair feels hydrated, defined & cut for a foundation to thrive! I was also able to watch the other stylist at work & their other client's results. It was gorgeous. Great environment, stylists, solid technique & products (including her own personal line)! I left satisfied. Looking forward to my next appointment & buying her products!
