  I came in for a simple wash & style. I really wish the girl working would have been honest when I asked upon arrival if she actually knew how to style curly hair. She proceeded to treat my hair as if it was straight despite me repeatedly showing her how to style curly hair. There were even two other hairdressers in the building with her at the same time trying to show her what to do and she refused to listen. She completely fried my hair. It was such a waste of 40 bucks to have it washed and style. Normally, I would do it myself, but I have an injury preventing me from washing my own hair at the moment. I thought I would spend the money to get it done for me professionally with the hopes that I wouldn’t have to take care of this myself this week. Not only did she completely disregard my instructions on how to treat curly hair, but she also ignored her peers and again completely fried my hair. I wish that as a hair specialist had more training in curly hair because it really is not difficult to do, especially if you do it correctly. Disappointed is an understatement. Unfortunately I will not be returning here even for a simple wash. UPDATE: i called 4 different days in a row asking to Speak with a manager to discuss the issue. I was told by A woman name Elizabeth, who called herself, the assistant manager to come in. I came in and spoke to her in person and she told me to return and she would wash my hair and fix it for me. Made an appointment for me to return and when I returned on Saturday for Her to fix my hair she explained that I need to speak to the manager first. The manager, Dessi, came out from the back and then asked me what happened and as I begin to tell the story, she cuts me off several times and then told me that I would need to pay for them to fix my hair after I was asked to come back for them to fix it on them. I said that’s not what I was told by Elizabeth and if I would’ve known that you were gonna charge me again I would not have returned. She was extremely dismissive towards me and towards wanting to come to a resolution for the issue that her staff caused. She then said that she was gonna review camera footage and fire the associate responsible for messing up my hair. That is an awful leadership style to have. As a leader, you should want to educate your team members and teach them the proper ways to do services so that way they can continue to do their jobs properly. What an awful thing to say about your staff. What a poor leader!!! It’s obvious to me that she as the manager has set an awful tone for her store- and is a very poor excuse for a manager.

  Alison is great. She does a good job and is friendly each time she cuts my hair. But it also seems like the price is different every time I go. I’ve been there 4 times. Each time the price was different for the same service. Simple cut with clipper. No wash. This time I was there about 10 minutes, perhaps less. I was charged $30 bucks not including the tip. I plan to look around for something more reliable cost wise.

  I haven’t had a proper hair cut in about five years so I was a little nervous but I’m glad I went. Ralph was the stylist who helped me and was so sweet. He fit me in before his appointment and got everything done so quickly! He gave me useful tips also! I am very happy with my haircut and will be going back!

  Will not return. We're new here, first time getting a haircut in Coral Springs. Sent husband (shoulder length curly hair) with a picture of men's curly layered style. First stylist cut his hair to his satisfaction, but for whatever reason she called another stylist over for help. Second stylist did NOT ask what kind of cut he wanted, she just started cutting and literally cut all the length off. Incredibly unprofessional to just cut someone's hair without asking what the customer wants.
