The stylist was kind and pleasant, but unfortunately my haircut was uneven. I asked for a simple 1.5 inch trim on hair that was all one length with no layers. After my hair dried at home, I noticed the underneath section had been cut significantly shorter than the rest, leaving my hair uneven.
I called the salon to let them know and try to understand what happened. They refunded the cost of the haircut (though not the Olaplex treatment or the cash tip), which I appreciated. However, the interaction left me disappointed. The receptionist seemed frustrated by my call, I overheard her complaining about me, and when I offered to send photos, I was told they would review the salon video instead. I was also told not to return.
I appreciate the refund for the haircut, but I was disappointed by how my concerns were handled and left feeling unwelcome.

I went in for face-framing highlights, and Briana was amazing! She took the time to ask thoughtful questions to ensure we were aligned on the look I wanted, which made me feel confident throughout the process. She also educated me on other treatments that could benefit my hair, and I really appreciated her expertise and honesty.
In addition to the beautiful highlights, she gave me a fantastic haircut and blowout. I left feeling refreshed and absolutely loving my hair. I highly recommend Briana to anyone looking for a talented, knowledgeable, and attentive stylist. Thank you, Briana!
I booked the appointment with Alison for highlighting since the online booking system didn't list low lights. Here is my platinum blonde hair before to low light 6N brown, she based off of the photo that I showed her what I wanted. Not only was the staff friendly and sweet, but she took really good care of me and the price was fair.

I had one of the worst haircut experiences I’ve ever had at Hair Cuttery in Coral Springs. The stylist clearly did not know how to cut or style my hair, and the final result was nothing like what I requested. Instead of trying to fix the problem, the staff acted as if nothing had happened and showed no concern for how unhappy I was with the outcome.
I expected professionalism, skill, and good customer service, but unfortunately I received none of those. A bad haircut can happen, but what disappointed me the most was the lack of accountability and willingness to make it right.
I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

I’ve scheduled here a few times and wait for a specific stylist with the next availability (days away) and get canceled an hour before. This has happened multiple times. If your schedule is tight and set on getting a hair cut with a specific person, don’t plan on it!
