  I had the best experience at Bliss Beautique! ✨ Cindy Thomas gave me the most beautiful butterfly haircut and blowout, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really listened to what I wanted and made my hair look so healthy, full of movement, and perfectly styled. Cindy is incredibly talented, professional, and pays attention to every detail.   I had such a wonderful experience at Bliss Beautique! Jackye was amazing! She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and the results were even better than I expected. What made the visit even more special was how kind and welcoming the entire staff was to my baby. They offered me a coffee and even provided a comfortable room where my baby could stay, which made the appointment so much more relaxing. The level of care, professionalism, and hospitality was outstanding. I truly felt looked after from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend Bliss Beautique to anyone looking for beautiful hair and exceptional customer service. I'll definitely be coming back!

  I originally loved this salon and finally found the perfect hairstylist for the first time ever. However, since he left, I had to choose a different one. The experience was very different this time as well. First, there was drama between my new hairstylist and the assistant right behind me about the assistant not handing her the foils because she had to cross her arms to get them. First off, she could have had the cart on her left so it wouldn’t be so difficult to grab the foils and 2nd, she’s not a fortune teller. The assistant had everything there for her. I got very uncomfortable and I told her that I don’t like drama. She could have just asked can you please hand me the foils? That’s it. She also put my front portion of my hair bleaching and foiled over my face, which was unnecessary and uncomfortable, also burning my eyes. She removed some foils that she did first on my left side and left them there after just wiping off the excess bleach while waiting for the rest of my hair, which also caused a burning sensation to the eyes from the ammonia plus the smell, I couldn’t breathe. After that nonsense, it was time to rinse out my hair from the bleach. She had not gotten to rinse and condition yet and she literally was brushing my hair after the bleach! It was so painful! I’ve never had anyone brush my hair right after bleaching it! It’s not ideal or even safe to do! The owner of the salon was aware of this part. After all this, I ended up with a slight forehead stain still visible from the brown dye on my roots to hide silver hairs and it made me breakout too. The dye also appeared from deep inside my right ear from the assistant trying to rub off the excess that was literally everywhere. The roots look brassy compared to the rest of my hair, and I was charged over 600 for all this. At this point, it’s not worth even reaching out to complain. I’m not coming back.
