  I came to Cindy to fix my curls with a cold perm. I had never done a cold perm before, and the process was quick, non-damaging and came out exactly like my reference photos! If you're looking for a stylist with experience who can get the job done, Cindy is your girl!!! Also 5 stars for the salon and all the women assisting - they were 10/10 and the salon is clean and relaxing. Bonus points for an amazing cappuccino with whipped cream lol, can't wait to be back!

  I love Marcus at Bliss beautique he's the best! The blowout God and does cuts and color like no one else. Always a returning customer at Bliss as long as Marcus is there!!!

  The overall experience was amazing! From beginning to end, the customer service was top-notch. The vibe in the salon is so welcoming, and they even offered me a delicious cappuccino while I was there. Jackye Ortiz was the hairstylist who did my hair, and my God, she did an incredible job! My hair turned out exactly how I wanted it, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. This is honestly the first time I’ve walked out of a salon completely happy and not disappointed with how my hair turned out. I absolutely love it and will definitely be coming back! ❤️

  I want to give this place a review because the owner’s deserved it. I went for the first and last time after been searching for different places through instagram to get my hair done prior a trip. I saw a special promotion for balayage, and decided to try. I called the number on the advertisement and ask the price and let them know what I want, and made the appointment for my day off. I have a really busy scheduled and that was my only day off prior the trip.I got to the place, no parking, you have to use pay by phone only.The stylish was very nice,and made me a coffee that was the only positive thing but she has to follow owners rules. First, she started taking pictures of my hair and send it to the owner saying that my hair root was to big, and that the price advertised was only for balayage but did not cover hair cut and gray hair color treatment.The price advertised was $275 for any type of hair but it was a lie, they charged me over $500, and I agreed to it because I need it. But here is what really pissed me off, I did my hair on a Monday, and left to my trip the following Friday ( out of the country). That following Saturday, my gray hair was up just 5 days after getting my hair done.l, and I saw it because I pull it up to get into the pool, and my sister and my mom saw it and told me.I texted them when I came back and the stylish took more than a week to answer me after I called her directly. Their answer was that it was already 2 weeks, and that I have to pay an extra $111, that’s unacceptable. I can only say that the owner is a very unprofessional person,she does not give you any warranty over the services provided ,and unless you want to be robbed, avoid this place and whatever they advertised on instagram.
