I have to go to a regular Sephora then I went to a regular Sephora and they said nope I have to go back to Kohl’s when I go back to Kohl’s they said oh yeah you’re supposed to return it here, but now your past due date and customer service will not help me and neither will the manager here. I am just so disappointed in how everything went down and will no longer be shopping here I would rather just go to a regular Sephora.

However, every time I go to the store located inside Kohl's on Hilsboro at 441, I always receive very poor service. The people who work there are very rude and completely unwilling to help. I leave without buying anything because of the terrible service.
